A meta agent that upgrades a support knowledge base from many traces at once—not from memory inside the customer-facing agent.
The design choice
Upgrade skills with a meta agent,
not inside the customer agent.
- Inside the agent Traces sit in graph state. Memory updates one conversation at a time. Trends get missed; a bad ticket can regress a skill that was working.
- As a meta agent Run ML over the cohort. Classify, discover, and recommend in a batch, then commit a reviewed write to the knowledge base.
It never talks to customers. Pointers and summaries move through the agent; BERTopic stays outside graph state. Drafts are reviewed before they reach the live KB.
